Hi oxygen8,

if change the PID Ls421D to Ls420D.

sed -i 's/PID=0x0000300C/PID=0x0000300B/g' /tmp/nas_feature

In image uImage and intrd (Ls400 series) must be present parameters for
/root/.nas_features/EU/0x0000300C
/root/.nas_features/EU/0x0000300B
and etc version 400 series

After, update official firmware, in the end update is the same mechanism loader, like at Ls420?

p.s.
compared nas_future (previously shown you) 420/421 and found this option
PRODUCT_CAPACITY="060" for LS420
PRODUCT_CAPACITY="" for LS421
perhaps on this when removing drives from ls420 he goes to E07 Mode?

Die LS421 hat USB3.0
Die TS1200 hat nur USB2.0

Ich hätte nicht versucht die Firmware auszutauschen.
Viel Erfolg.

TS1200 have same firmware as the TS1400
TS1400 has USB3.0

Еasy to assume that they are different in these records nas_feauture, as ls420/421

ls420/TS1200
MAX_USBDISK_NUM=1
USB_TREE_TYPE=

ls421
MAX_USBDISK_NUM=2
USB_TREE_TYPE=armada370-platform

TS1400
MAX_USBDISK_NUM=3
USB_TREE_TYPE=armada370-platform

last question :?:

how to command should look like when there is no value of the variable?

USB_TREE_TYPE= change to USB_TREE_TYPE=armada370-platform

sed -i 's/USB_TREE_TYPE=/USB_TREE_TYPE=armada370-platform/g' /tmp/nas_feature

that's right?

or

sed -i 's/USB_TREE_TYPE/USB_TREE_TYPE=armada370-platform/g' /tmp/nas_feature

Thanks!
